// services

The connection fails.Knotbind is how you stop that.

Assistants fail quietly, provider bills arrive without an owner, and a reply can repeat a customer's card number. Each offer below is the control for one of those failures.

// what you can buy

The problem, then what we do.

Build

Customers ask an assistant for a booking, a price or an order status, and your business has no API an assistant can call.

We describe or build that API, generate the MCP server, and hand you the source. One Build is included in Business. Writes stay opt-in, and local verification is not production certification.

Included in Business

Reliability

The assistant keeps answering from a stale contract. A renamed field or a moved endpoint fails in chat, where there is no error page, and you hear about it from a lost booking.

Scheduled Checks call the action, name the change, and draft a fix that has already passed in a Sandbox. Nothing reaches production until the Owner approves it.

Included in Pro and Business

Knotbind Gateway

Every application carries its own provider key. One runaway agent can spend without a ceiling, and you cannot see which app did it.

Applications call one OpenAI-compatible URL with a Knotbind access key. You set a monthly budget and a request rate per key. Provider keys stay in the workspace. Caching, fallback, redaction and workspace analytics are modules, not part of this fee.

Included in Pro and Business

Hosting regions

A buyer asks where the prompts, logs and credentials actually sit, and 'the cloud' is not an answer a contract can use.

You choose EU or US. Gateway traffic, Checks, logs, credentials and the Audit Record stay in that region. EU hosting includes a GDPR data processing agreement.

EU included in Business

// gateway modules

Optional controls on the Gateway.

A Pro or Business plan already includes the endpoint and per-key budgets. These add-ons are off until you enable them. Prices are USD per workspace per month, on top of the plan, excluding tax.

Semantic Cache

The same question hits a model again and again. You pay full price and your customer waits, even though the answer has not changed.

Semantic Cache serves an exact or similar prompt from cache. Direct mode needs no embedding model. Semantic mode does, and you set the similarity bar.

Content Guardrails

A model reply can echo an email address, a US phone number, a Social Security number or a card number back to the caller.

Content Guardrails rewrites those four patterns in JSON chat message and reasoning text. It does not scan the request, streamed responses, or other kinds of sensitive text.

Module limits

Request Analytics

Each access key already has its own usage. That still does not show which provider and model the workspace is actually spending on.

Request Analytics groups recent Gateway requests by provider and model: count, latency, tokens and cost. It does not export metrics or keep logs longer.

$15 per month

Model Failover

One provider slows down or errors, and the application has nowhere else to send that call.

Model Failover stores an ordered fallback list for one access key. Turning the module on creates no rule until you add one. It does not retry a call whose outcome is unknown.

$29 per month

Advanced Rate Limits

A monthly budget and the key's own request cap are not always enough. One application can still burst harder than you intended.

Advanced Rate Limits adds one extra requests-per-minute quota on one access key, from 1 to 100,000. Turning the module on creates no quota until you add one.

// questions

What is included.

What does Knotbind sell?

Four services: a Build of your API and MCP server, Reliability so that connection keeps working, the Knotbind Gateway for model calls, and a choice of EU or US hosting. Gateway modules are optional add-ons on top of Pro or Business.

What is included in the Gateway, and what is extra?

Pro and Business include one OpenAI-compatible endpoint, an access key per application, a monthly budget, a request rate and per-key usage. Semantic Cache, Content Guardrails, Request Analytics, Model Failover and Advanced Rate Limits are separate monthly fees.

Do we have to buy every module?

No. Leave them off. A failover or rate-limit module does nothing until you add a rule or a quota, and you can turn a module off again. The next invoice drops that fee.
